Getting clients on board, and focusing on the long term is often one of the hardest skills as a coach.

Members want quick fixes, and short term solutions without any thought for the long term yet aren’t able to maintain their efforts for the long term.

This needs to change, and promoting habit based coaching within our business will allow our clients to finally see long term, sustainable progress without regressing.
