Blending 60 minute workouts, nutritional guidance and a class limit of 15, we ensure you get the most out of every single day.

Sam Beagle

Sam opened uFit with the sole focus on empowering the local community to achieve more in life, through guided workouts and proper nutrition. Since uFit opened Sam has transformed hundreds of lives and is now focusing his time on empowering uFit coaches to do the same.

Lee Alberts

Since Lee’s come on board here at uFit he’s been an absolute revelation and a firm favourite with our clients due to his ‘out of the box’ sessions, incredible knowledge and unbelievable ability to motivate and inspire them to follow our vision of empowering uFitters in achieving more every single day.

Aled james

Aled’s extensive knowledge on corrective exercises means his workouts ensure correct form, proper movement and add an emphasis on improving posture, not just working hard. With a background in BJJ, leading Wales means he knows how to condition his body and that comes across in his forward thinking workouts.
