Our classes feature full body high intensity invertal training (hiit) mixed with targeted strength work to drastically increase your fitness and boost your slow metabolism.

The hiit is awesome at improving your cardiovascular fitness in record time and the negative rest periods we use means you're burning twice as many calories than you normally would in an average gym class.

The strength phase of the workouts define and tone your body; building strength and muscle in places you never thought existed.

At uFit we look after your training so you never have to venture in to a gym again.

The way the workouts are designed coupled with the added motivation from the trainer, they'll release endorphins in your body that will stimulate your energy and boosts your mood.

 

The workouts are there to be efficient. The way we stack the cardio and strength in to the sessions means you'll tone and lean your body quicker than the time you spend on the treadmill.

The negative rest periods we incorporate are there to boost your health and drive your fitness levels up. Within the sessions your performance will soar and above all, the ability to get up the stairs without feeling out of breath will be a breeze.

Full body workouts designed for those that are new to fitness and want to build there confidence up slowly in an encouraging and highly supportive environment.

Combining elements of strength, hiit and mobility work to ensure we shape you in just the right places

Aimed at reducing fat whilst building a lean body we fuse strength and high intensity work together, to drive performance and strip away any unwanted body fat.

 

Track & Field

 

Truly amazing heavily cardio based workout that will triple your fitness (and enjoyment of running). Even if you hate running, or can barely run 50m without stopping it will not matter as we encourage everyone to get on the Olympic Running Track in between completing strength based circuits to hit your body from all angles.

 

Run Club

 

No matter where you start, the run club will help you step outside, grab the fresh air and make a start on improving your cardiovascular fitness. With short runs around the local areas, Dorney Lake, Burnham Beeches, Long Walk. We'll be with you every step of the way increasing your fitness over time.
