Truly amazing heavily cardio based workout that will triple your fitness (and enjoyment of running). Even if you hate running, or can barely run 50m without stopping it will not matter as we encourage everyone to get on the Olympic Running Track in between completing strength based circuits to hit your body from all angles.
No matter where you start, the run club will help you step outside, grab the fresh air and make a start on improving your cardiovascular fitness. With short runs around the local areas, Dorney Lake, Burnham Beeches, Long Walk. We'll be with you every step of the way increasing your fitness over time.
