No matter your fitness level, you'll always be welcome to get stuck in as we limit the classes to 15 to ensure we're able to correct form and push you to your limits in a safe and effective manner.

Don't you hate getting crowded in a workout and not feeling like you'd done anything? Yeah, us too, that's why we limit sessions to 15 people.
Each workout is different, which means we hit your body (and lungs) from all angles ensuring you drop fat (and fast) but also really start to like what you see in the mirror

Because we're always challenging you, you'll actually WANT to turn up with your friends and work out in a fun (but hard working environment) because you realise it's infinitely better than stepping on that boring treadmill, again.

During the workout
Make sure you bring a towel and a water bottle (some comfy gym clothes would be pretty good too) to the session and just focus on what you can do :)
